It's Snowing!!!

It started snowing like crazy yesterday which in my opinion is the best way to bring in December! Kaylee hasn't experienced snow yet (besides from when she was a few months old, so I doubt she remembers it). I hurried and bundled her up so she could go play and maybe make some snow angels. Well, apparently she isn't that big a fan of snow and would much rather be inside. I stood her outside and she just stood there and then wanted up and pointed to the door. I did get a few cute pictures! Maybe we can try this snow thing out when Hayden can play with her. Here are a few pictures of my little snow bunny.

Hayden woke up early yesterday morning for school and the excitement of snow, he threw on his snow pants and jacket and was waiting for the bus. When I went to check on him he was having a snowball fight with the other kids. I just can't believe how kids can have a snowball fight that early in the morning, I cringe at the thought of getting something cold, hard and wet thrown at me that early in the morning, especially before my coffee. I wish I had a picture, but by the time I went for my camera the bus pulled up! Hoping to get one soon! Here are a few inspiring pictures of snow to bring in December :)

Good news!!! I finally found my ornaments to make the Christmas wreath I have been desperately wanting. I love the idea from Cherie at Bakow Babble. Here's the tutorial if anyone is interested. I have gathered all my supplies and its a big jumbled mess right now.

I also went on a button shopping spree at JoAnn's Fabric. I originally went to get a few accessories for my new sewing machine and walked out with tons of buttons, but they have the cutest buttons ever! I couldn't help myself! I have so many projects in my head that could use some of those darling buttons!

I got my laptop on Monday night and finally figured out how to get my pictures all nice and neat on this new computer. Now I just need to figure out how to use my webcam. The weird thing about Sony's laptops is that they do not come with a paper manual, you have to look online for it, which is all great for the trees, but what if something is wrong with my computer and I can't get online to see it? Lots of new things to get used too, and the screen is so tiny compared to my old 17 inch one. Oh and the mouse pad is not centered which is kinda weird, but all in all I LOVE my new pink laptop! I'll be back in a bit with an amazing recipe that will satisfy any sweet tooth!
