Chocolatey Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
1 pkg devil's food cake mix
1 (5.9oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup warm water
2 cups semisweet mini chocolate chips
powdered sugar
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a large bow, mix together the cake and pudding mixes, sour cream, oil, beaten eggs and water. Stir in the chocolate chips and pour batter into a well greased 12 cup bundt pan.
3. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until top is springy to the touch and a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool cake thoroughly in pan at least an hourand a half before inverting onto a plate if desired, dust the cake with powdered sugar.
This cake is AMAZING, I made it 2 nights ago and it is VERY moist and VERY chocolatey. I added an extra cup of chocolate chips because I love chocolate.

Hi! Wow, this cake looks super yummy! Thanks for asking about the tryptich, I'm working on printing it out exactly how I want it. I actually spent a good part of this afternoon trying to format it on my computer (don't you love that), and was not happy with what I came up with! So, I will be mounting the prints on a wood panel, which I'm very excited about because I know it is going to look gorgeous and ready to hang right on the wall! So, if you can wait for a few more days, I'll have it up soon. I promise :)
ReplyDeleteMy honey just needs to cut me the wood panels!
I wish I could bake! I need to practice more... so maybe I'll try this out :) It looks sooo sweet
