Broccoli, Rice and Cheese Casserole
Ingredients:
butter-flavored cooking spray
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 jar American cheese
2 (10-ounce) boxes frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
1 1/2 cups instant rice
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray 9x13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray
3. Add soups and cheese to bowl, stir until well-blended. Add remaining ingredients and pour into casserole dish.
4. Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Super easy and yummy! With 2 kids, I'm all about the quick stuff :D Let me know if you made it!

We have this every Christmas at our house, too! I use a jar of Cheez Whiz in mine. YUMMY!
