My favorite way to communicate is by text or e-mail and handwritten letters. I can't pick one. I like the speed and ease of text and email. I hate talking on the phone, mostly because I can't hear and it ends up being very awkward. Or maybe I'm just awkward. ha! And I love getting happy mail, of course! =)

My favorite way to communicate with friends is to visit them but if I can't do that then I love blogs because you can write out what's going in your lives and post pictures. I'm not much of a texter or phone caller. I'm terrible with keeping in touch actually! haha!

to keep in touch with my grandparents, every tuesday Haley and I drive over and spend the day with them.
ReplyDeleteI love to keep in touch with my friends and family by sending hand made cards. But I'm horrible about actually getting them in the mailbox so my second way is my blog and facebook. It's the easiest way to keep everyone informed. Great giveaway. I love stationary and pens too. I go through phases with my pens, sometimes I like fine tips other times I like bold tips. Just depends on my mood!

ReplyDeletemy favorite way to keep in touch with overs is through letters in the mail. i love it! i used to really like how easy (and free) it was to send friends messages through e-mail, but then we quickly run out of things to say to each other because it is so quick. i really like sending letters in the mail because it slows everything down. then by the time you get a reply letter back...lots has happend to you that you can write about!

But it's cheap and so easy to do, they don't have to reply straight away, so you don't have the awkward silences like you would on a phone call if you run out of things to say, you get to think about it! :)

I prefer a phone call for anything brief. I've never been a big fan of the phone. For long conversations I'm more of a face-to-face type of gal.

I'm definately a texter, but sometimes I love leaving my friends and family funny voicemails if they dont answer my call. My boyfriend has started doing it back for me, and sometimes its so hilarious to see you have a missed call and a comedy-esque voicemail as punishment :p I also love leaving little notes for my family around the house, or at my boyfriends around his bedroom, or in my best friends handbag after a girly night together :) sometimes little handwritten notes to say you cherish someone or are thinking about them, cant be beaten ♥ xx

ReplyDeleteI think my favorite way is texting. I like the instant gratification of a text lighting up on my screen. Also, I tend to be more confident in written form than in my voice form, even though I do miss phone calls sometimes.

ReplyDeleteMy favourite way to stay in touch with family and friends is to get a cup of tea and some biscuits and write an email; mostly with some photos attached to it. What I like about is that you can send an email whenever you want and they can read it whenever they want. Of course visits are even better but because of distance an email is just a great invention!

If the person is so away from me I like see he/she with the computer, I use skype .

My favorite way to communicate is definitely in person. My family often has parties, either at my house or my great-aunt's house, and those are the best way for us to really get together and talk and catch up. Plus, there's always food that everyone has brought! I love it. :)

ReplyDeleteMy favorite was to keep in touch with family is to call them considering I dont live near them :/
as for my friends, I love hanging out with them and chatting it up...but if we dont have time to get together than either by phone or texting!
The most convenient way to keep in touch is texting, but I much rather prefer a phone call or Skype date :)

2. I don't like impersonal communication; I like to talk to people face to face.
I know that texting seems impersonal but it's my favorite way to keep in touch because I can send random messages right when I think of them. like this morning my dad and i had a text convo that consisted 100% of the lyrics to the song from The Hangover lol

ReplyDeleteand to answer the question...favorite way to communicate, i'd say snail mail. true it takes longer, but as a receptionist im on the phone alllllll day, so i need a break from it. letters are just the cure! i can be creative and i get to get all giddy when i get something in the mail.

ReplyDeleteMy favourite would be snail mail! There's nothing better than sending and recieving cards and letters! More often than not though, facebook or txting is what I use...it's just easier! :)
