Care Package AND Blog Party!

I took a little *me time* for a few days to just relax and unwind. I loved it!!! I think I've had my fill of trash t.v., Chinese food and couch time now :) I have been working like crazy the past few months and it was finally nice to take a few days and do absolutely nothing! But I'm back in full swing and there are so many awesome things coming!! One, I'll be announcing this Thursday Wednesday!!! Also, if you read to the end of my post, I have something else YOU may be interested in!!! :)

First, I want to share this super sweet care package I received from my hubby, all the way from Guam. I miss him terribly and even though I see him daily via Skype (what would I do without technology???) he still took the time to send me some of my favorite things!

Here are some shells he picked from the beach

Yummy Guam chocolate, coconut cookies, chapstick (the coconut flavor is my fav)

and my most favorite of all, a PANDA!!! :)

and his name?? Tubbie Wubbie!! How cute is that??

Journal Award Badges

I was asked by Janel the other day to make a few badges for her Journaling Class. Award badges for different categories. I love love love how they turned out. Most of the designs I retired, so they are unique to Janel's class. I will however, be making more of the computer ones. Those will be posted in my next update :)

Here is how she described the awards, straight from the class blog:

* Kind Words Badge- this badge will be given to the person we feel leaves the most kind and encouraging comments on this blog or on the Flickr pages :)

* The Unbelievable Uploader Badge- this badge will be given to the person who posts their journal pages daily!! This can be on the Flickr page or on their blog. Someone who is diligent in sharing their pages :)

* The Loyalty Badge- This badge will go to our "all around" most active participant (chats, flickr, comments, giveaways...you can find this person there)

* The Fan Fave Badge- This badge will go to the journal page that is the class' favorite!! This page's creativity is above and beyond :)

* The Helping Hands Badge: This badge is for the person who is always there giving suggestions and helping their classmates and me out!!

There is a surprise badge too!!! I can't reveal it just yet!! I'll show it soon though :)

Busy Little Bee

It has been Mega busy around here lately. A good busy though. I'm in badges up to my eyeballs. I designed and finished 6 new badges today for a dear friend of mine. They are soooo cute!! I'll post pics later this week.

Tonight I plan on having a little me time with my journal. I want to try and catch up on Janel's Journal class. I have gotten sooo behind. So my goal is 3-4 pages tonight!!! I hope every one's week is going great so far.

I have some exciting news to share soon too. EEEK!!!

Shop Update!!!!!

Yay for another shop update!!! I am sooo excited to announce I finally finished my Sunrise to Sunset Series paintings that I am now selling in a full set.

Get Your Craft On Badge... I put A LOT of love into this badge, from the needle to the tiny spool on top. It's my absolute favorite badge ever!!!!



Sweet On You Limited Edition Badge... I have been obsessing over cupcakes and wanted to make a special Limited Edition one with sprinkles and embroidered the bottom cup. LOVE!!!
